A premium, high solids, white elastomeric roof coating. The elongation, peel strength and solar reflectance values of this coating offer weather protection, high solar reflectivity and superior longevity when compared to economy grade reflective roof coatings. Cured coating forms a permeable membrane which prevents liquid infiltration, but allows moisture vapor to vent or breathe out of underlying substrate. Ponding water-resistant. Energy efficient - releases 91 percent of the sun's heat (thermal emittance). Elastomeric - expands and contracts without cracking. No primer needed on new roofs or roofs in excellent condition. Older roofs in fair condition may need primer. White roof coating offers a premium system which can be used over: Well adhered, weathered, previously coated white or aluminum roof surfaces, mineral surface cap sheet (conventional, SBS or APP) smooth surface BUR, SBS and APP roofs (require a base coat of Henry asphalt emulsion) metal roofs, stucco and masonry parapet walls. For use on a properly drained roof. Coverage on smooth surfaces, approximately 2 gallon per 100 square feet (applied in 2 coats of 1 gallon per 100 square feet) for 20 dry mils, apply in 2 coats of 1-1/4 gallon per 100 square feet). On mineral surfaces, approximately 2 to 3 gallon per 100 square feet depending on porosity and roughness of surface (applied in 2 coats of 1 to 1-1/2 gallon per 100 square feet)
