For use on sash panels designed to tilt-in and down from the top for cleaning. Dimensions are; 2-15/16 in. length， 1-1/8 in. width， mounting holes are 2-3/16 in. on center， with a 1/2 in. backset. Contains 1 left and 1 right-hand latch.
